Rua de Santa Catarina is a street in the parishes of Santo Ildefonso and Bonfim in the city of Porto, Portugal. It is the most commercial thoroughfare in downtown Porto, and a large part of it is now closed to car traffic and reserved for pedestrians only.

The chapel has its origins in an old wooden chapel built in honour of Santa Catarina. The Miradouro da Vitória is located right in the heart of the old Jewish quarter. The history of this Jewish neighbourhood tells us that in the 14th century, King João I demarcated an area where all the Jews had to live, with high walls and access gates - it was like a city within the city of Porto. This period lasted around 100 years, until the arrival of the Inquisition.

The Palácio de Cristal Gardens are a pleasant green space located in the parish of Massarelos, in the city of Porto, Portugal, from where you can enjoy stunning panoramic views of the Douro River and the sea.

In a dominant position over the Atlantic Ocean and a short distance from the mouth of the Douro River, it is also known as Castelo do Queijo (Cheese Castle) because, according to tradition, it was built on a rounded granite rock similar in shape to a cheese (penedo do Queijo).
