Our professional driver will be at cruise termianl to greet you at least 5-10 minutes before your scheduled pickup time. They will be holding a signboard with your name by the Cruise disembarking gate to make the meeting point easily identifiable. Rest assured, they will assist you with your luggage and escort you to your vehicle promptly.
If a pick-up will be from one of the hotels, our driver will have the pleasure of meeting you at the reception
Once you're comfortably seated in our vehicle, our driver will be transporting you to Heathrow Airport or hotels nearby.
Please note that the journey will take approximately 90 minutes, contingent on the traffic conditions. Upon your arrival, our driver will assist with unloading your luggage and bid you farewell.
