Should contact not be established, please note that the driver will proceed to the terminal 45 minutes after your aircraft has landed, allowing sufficient time for passport control and baggage collection.
The driver will be waiting with a personalised name sign, assist you with your luggage, escort you to the vehicle, ensure your comfort, and then drive you safely to Southampton. Upon arrival, your luggage will be unloaded and the driver will bid you a courteous farewell.
