Learn how to cook from scratch: the food used in the cooking course is outstanding, always fresh, local and high quality ingredients. Italian dishes are characterized by its simplicity and this makes the course ideal for entry level to more expert students. Besides all of this your teacher is not only passionate about Italian cuisine but also a wine expert and he will always match the food with the most appropriate wine.
