This is one of the most famous and beautiful lake in the Rockies. After picking up the guests from the hotel, it takes about 50 minutes to drive from Banff to Lake Louise. We will stop at Lake Louise for 90 minutes for you to explore the beautiful lake and Fairmont Hotel on the lakeshore. We can either provide a guided walk tour to the lake or wait at the parking lot upon guests’ preference.
After visiting Lake Louise, it will take another 40 minutes to drive to Yoho National Park. Yoho National Park offers hikers, campers and sightseers lots to see and do in one of the most beautiful settings on earth.
Emerald Lake is one of the most admired destinations in Yoho National Park, with an unmatched diversity of both activities and landscapes suited to the enthusiastic traveler. We can either provide a guided walk tour alone the lake or wait at the parking lot upon guests’ preference.
Natural Bridge is an impressive natural rock formation that spans the flow of the Kicking Horse River west of Field. The Natural Bridge lookout presents visitors with the opportunity to view the formation from a variety of different vantage points, with interpretive displays explaining the physical processes at work. We will guided the guests to the lookout which is about 100 m from the parking lot.
The Icefields Parkway also named Alberta's Highway 93, is one of the most scenic roads in the world. It will be 60 minutes drive from Yoho National Park to Icefield Parkway.
We will have a short stop at the viewpoint for you to explore the Crowfoot Glacier.
Bow Lake is a tremendous stop on the Icefields Parkway and one of our favorite Banff lakes to enjoy, it is also the closest lake to the headwaters of Bow River.
The Peyto Lake requires a 1.6 km round trip short hike to the viewpoint, ice cleats will be provided for the hike in winter season. After the visit to Peyto Lake, it takes about 70 to 90 minutes back to your hotel and end the tour.
