Stop 1

This is a theme park for "Shiroi Koibito," a famous souvenir of Hokkaido. Families can enjoy tasting and exhibiting chocolates and cookies. It also has a miniature railroad and other entertainment facilities, as well as a garden.

2

The fish market is known for its wide variety of freshly caught seafood and its food stalls. It was established in the early Meiji period (1868-1912) when fishermen from Ishikari Beach began selling fresh fish. Today, about 15 fishery companies and fresh fish stores line Nijo Market, selling the freshest seafood purchased that day. Crabs, hokke, scallops, and other seafood are lined up in a dazzling array. Each store sells different kinds of seafood, and it is fun to compare them. There are also about six sushi restaurants, seafood rice bowls, and aburi-yaki (grilled seafood) restaurants. The seafood you taste at the market is exceptional. We hope you will try it.

3
Stop 3

The beautiful flowerbeds, lawns, and plaza with approximately 4,700 trees of 92 species offer many places of interest, including fountains and sculptures. It is also a venue for events such as the Lilac Festival and the Sapporo Snow Festival, which attract many tourists and locals alike throughout the year.

4

The Clock Tower, which continues to be a beloved symbol of Sapporo, is designated as a National Important Cultural Property. It is a valuable structure that tells the history of the city of Sapporo, which has developed into a metropolis of over one million people in just one century, since its pioneer days.

5

The Sapporo Beer Museum is located in Sapporo Garden Park and is the only museum in Japan dedicated to beer. Take pictures of the photogenic scenery in the red brick building that was created in the Meiji era.
Visitors can also taste limited-edition beer that can only be consumed at the museum. It is a must-drink for beer lovers!
