First we will bring you to visit traditional market. We’ll guide you through the bustling stalls to select fresh meats, vegetables, and spices. It’s the perfect prelude to crafting authentic Balinese dishes together.
Before we start cooking, we will take you a simple tour into our farm. We can harvest some fresh ingredient that we can use during the class.
The chef will explain you more about how to cook, how many ingredients that will use and what else do it need to cook based on the menu option. We have variety of menu such vegetarian and vegan or regular menu which is you could choose during the class.
