Step 1: Booking & Confirmation. This initial step is to make sure we have all the necessary details to customize your exclusive transfer.
- Specify Transfer Type: Clearly state if you require an Arrival (ACC to City) or Departure (City to ACC) transfer. Note: This service covers only one-way travel.
- Provide Key Details: We require your flight number, airline, date, time, mobile phone number, and ID details for all travelers.
- Set Locations: Provide the complete pickup and drop-off address (hotel name, residence, or specific landmark within the 8 km Accra radius).
- Declare Capacity: Confirm the Total Number of Passengers (Maximum 3) and the Total Number of Pieces of Luggage. This is crucial for porter preparation, as groups with more than three bags will require official porter assistance and tips/charges from the porters.
- Confirm Time (Departure Only): If traveling to the airport, confirm your desired pickup time. Traffic Advisory: Please ensure your chosen time includes a significant traffic buffer (especially during rush hour or the peak December season) to guarantee a timely arrival at the terminal.

Step 2: The Journey Begins (The Meet & Greet)
Your professional chauffeur and/or dedicated representative will be ready at the designated location.
- For Arrivals (ACC to City): Your representative will be waiting in the arrival hall. Look for a signboard with your name printed on it (guaranteed for bookings made >24 hours in advance). Safety & Guidance: The arrival hall at Kotoka can be bustling. Our service ensures you avoid unauthorized porters or aggressive solicitors. We have a trusted porter who assists with luggage if needed. Note on Wait Time: All airport parking fees and a minimum of 30 minutes of complimentary waiting time are included, with an additional 30-minute buffer. However, if there is a substantial delay, airport parking fees and an extra $12 per hour will apply, payable via a payment link or to the driver.
- For Departures (City to ACC): Your professional chauffeur will be waiting precisely at your specified pickup location (e.g., hotel lobby or residence curb). Departure Buffer: When booking a ride to the airport, please factor in a significant "traffic buffer." We strongly recommend scheduling your pickup earlier than usual to ensure you arrive at the terminal with plenty of time for check-in. The recommended time with checked baggage in Accra is about 3 hours before departure. Note that traffic in Accra can be unpredictable, especially during peak travel seasons (such as December).
- Note on Wait Time: We offer 30-40 minutes of complimentary waiting time for departure transfers.

- Premium Vehicle: Travel in a luxury business car, such as an MG RX8 SUV, Lexus sedan, or MG RX5 Mini SUV. These make up our airport service fleet. If preferred, a Mercedes E-Class, Land Cruiser Prado, Land Cruiser V8, or a similar model is available upon request for an additional fee. Our vehicles are thoroughly cleaned and disinfected before every transfer.
- Comfort & Refreshment: The vehicle is air-conditioned when the drive starts, and complimentary chilled bottled water is provided for guests.
- Hassle-Free Travel: Your experienced chauffeur handles all navigation, traffic, and necessary airport charges, ensuring the most efficient route. Transfer duration is an estimate and may vary depending on local traffic conditions.

- Oversized Luggage: Please let us know beforehand of any strollers, surfboards, or other oversized items. This is subject to vehicle availability and may incur a small surcharge.
- To ensure we are fully prepared for your arrival, please inform us of the total number of bags/luggage at the time of booking.
- If you engage other porters, please be prepared to pay/tip these porters directly (standard tipping is recommended at approximately $5–$15, depending on volume).
- Accessibility: Not wheelchair accessible.
- Pets: Service is not suitable for pets.
- Traveling with Children: Infants must sit on laps (infant seats available upon request).
