Eating and drinking are not allowed in the car. Passengers will be responsible for cleaning the car if it becomes dirty.
The vehicle is for reference only. If the above models and colors are not available, they will be replaced by models of the same level. The vehicle will be subject to on-site conditions and the actual number of passengers must be filled in (infants and children must be included in the passenger number).
The number of passenger seats will decrease as the number of luggage pieces increases. When booking, please refer to the vehicle's capacity and provide accurate information such as the number of passengers, number of luggage pieces, and luggage dimensions. If the reservation content does not meet the requirements, the hotel reserves the right to change it.
If you require a child seat, please indicate the quantity you require in the "Remarks" field when booking. Each child seat from the second one onwards is 2,500 yen.
Overtime rental due to traffic congestion, regardless of natural reasons or traffic regulations, will still be subject to surcharges.
The free waiting time for airport pick-up is 90 minutes, and the free waiting time for airport drop-off is 20 minutes. If the driver waits for longer than the time limit due to personal reasons, an overtime fee will be charged, which is 5,000 yen per hour for a 7-seater Alfa or equivalent car, and 8,000 yen per hour for a 10-seater Hiace or equivalent car. Any time less than 1 hour will be charged as 1 hour.

Meeting point

After exiting Kansai Airport, the driver will wait for you at the designated address, and the license plate number and other information will be announced in the travel group
