Detailed itinerary

Stop 1

You will be picked up in the morning at 7:00am from your hotel or the airport in New Delhi.
Then, you will be driven to the Nizamuddin Railway Station, where you will board the train to Agra. Journey to Agra on India's newest train the Gatiman Express, a high-speed train covering 116.6m (188km) in approximately 80 minutes.
Board the train in Delhi at 8:10am. You will be served breakfast by one of the Gatiman Express stewards. Sit back and relax as you enjoy your breakfast and view from the extra large windows

Stop 2

Arrive in Agra at 9:40 am, where your driver is waiting. Head directly to the Taj Mahal, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and visit the Taj Mahal, a mausoleum built by Mughal Emperor Shah Jahan for his beloved wife Mumtaz Mahal.

 

Marvel at its beautiful architecture, combining elements of Indian, Turkish, Persian, and Muslim architectural styles. The intricate landscape and reflecting pools serve to highlight the beautiful white marble that is the Taj Mahal's signature. Enjoy an interior visit included on this tour. After Taj Mahal you will proceed to visit Agra Fort, which is a red stone massive structure built by Great Mughal Emperor "Akbar". This is one of the UNESCO heritage site in Agra built in 16th century with many palaces inside like Jahangiri Mahal, Diwan e Aam, Pearl Mosque and many others with the view of Taj Mahal. Spend around 1 hour at this monument.
