The Marienbrücke, also known as Queen Mary's Bridge, is a charming 35-meter-long footbridge that crosses the Pöllat gorge near Neuschwanstein Castle. ✳️Please note: During winter, if snow is present, the shuttle bus will not operate, and Mary’s Bridge will remain closed.

Your guide will be there to greet you, so please head directly to that meeting point. There's no need to go to the castle or ticket office to exchange your voucher, as your guide is the only person authorized to accept it.
