At 6:00 am, be ready for a pick up from your hotel or from your stay in Arusha town.
Your entry permit will be checked and allowed to proceed on a drive to the Crater Rim where you will spend a few minutes for the awesome view of the Crater from the top. Descend into the crater floor for a day of game drives. Ngorongoro Crater is one the largest intact caldera in the world and one of the most spectacular sights in the whole of Africa. All the BIG FIVE animals, Rhino, Lion, Leopard, Buffalo, and Elephant have made the Crater a beautiful home. Others are Zebra, Hippo, Wildebeest, Hyena, and more... Birds include flamingos on the Soda Lake, Geese, Storks, Vultures, and more other bird families.
Your box lunch will be served at the picnic site at the Crater Ngoitokok swamp, a Hippo pool. After lunch, go for another round of an afternoon game viewing. At 3:00 pm ascend the Crater and drive back Arusha.
