A Fish Spa is a session in which you immerse your feet in our warm water fish tanks, where our delightful fish await. During your session our aquatic therapists will pamper you by gently exfoliating away dead skin, leaving your feet feeling as light as air.
Barefoot Fish is Australia's only registered Fish Spa Therapy Centre, located in the heart of Surfers Paradise. We offer exclusive Fish Spa Sessions and rejuvenating Ionic Spa Treatments, perfect for individuals or group bookings. Gift certificates and After Care Products are available in-store and online, making it easy to share the unique Barefoot Fish experience with friends and loved ones.
You will find us inside Paradise Centre on Cavill Ave, located at the Woolworths end of the centre, across from Sketchers!
- Please allow approximately 30 minutes for a Fish Spa appointment.
- Please arrive 5 min before your booking time.
- Late arrival will result in cancellation and given to standby clients. If you are running late, please contact us as soon as possible to let us know.

Important Information:
- As your legs up to your knees are submerged into water, you must wear suitable clothing i.e shorts or long pants that can be rolled up to the knee.
- Clients with open wounds, cuts or abrasions may not be able to participate at the time of their booking. However, they are invited back when their conditions have healed (For those with minor cuts and scabs, Latex free bandaids will be supplied for these to be covered during your spa).
- Please avoid using any types of lotions or creams on your legs and feet the day of your booking. Nail polish is allowed.
- If you have a spray tan, avoid booking your treatment until it is able to get wet.
- Those undergoing current or recent chemotherapy or radiotherapy should be past their 10-day hot period.
