I'm sharing my family´s recipes with you - food that has been cooked and eaten in my Austrian family since many generations! We are preparing traditional Schnitzel and Apple Strudel (and more!) from scratch.
I´m happy to adjust the class for vegetarian or gluten-intolerant participants. (vegan is not possible)

We will meet in my apartment (Top 20) in the city center of Vienna! The building is a very typical Viennese Biedermeyer-Style house from the 1800s.
