As the tallest cathedral of France, Notre-Dame (Our Lady) of Rouen has been painted several times by Impressionist painter Claude Monet who loved recreate the sunlight variations on it throughout the day.
Inside the church lies many treasures, among which the tomb effigy of the duke of Normandy and king of England Richard Lion Heart, and other powerful medieval figures of Normandy and France.

When planning a taxi ride from your hotel to the train station, prepare to leave your hotel at least 20 minutes before our meeting time (which is itself 30 minutes) before departure.
If we miss the train before a late arrival, the whole amount of the tour will not be reimbursed to you. It will be considered as a "late show" similar to a "no show".
