What you'll see

24 hours after booking:
Our customer service team will reach out to you via email within 24 hours after booking. Please provide us with your travel details, (flight number, the number of people traveling, luggage, drop-off addresses, and itinerary). We’re here to help you figure out the best routes and vehicles for your needs.

How we Pick-up:
1. Our driver will be waiting for you at the International Arrival Exit for 90 minutes after your flight lands. Look out for a sign with your name and our company logo on it - you can’t miss it!
2. If it takes a bit longer, there’s an additional charge of $28 per hour.
3. If we don’t find you at the pick-up point 90 minutes after landing and we haven’t heard from you, our driver will need to leave, and we won’t be able to refund the fee.
4. If there’s any change in your flight schedule, just let us know at least 4 hours before your scheduled pick-up time. If not, any extra costs will be on you.
5. We plan pick-ups based on when your flight lands. If you set a specific pick-up time, we’ll treat it as a one-off pick-up and drop-off order.
