Pick-up Details:
1. Please provide your correct flight information so we can arrange a smooth pick-up for you.
2. Our driver will wait for you at your hotel lobby. We offer a free 30-minute waiting time. If you need more time, please note that there will be an extra charge.
3. If we cannot find you at the pick-up point 30 minutes after your scheduled pick-up time and we do not hear from you, our driver will have to leave and we will not be able to refund your fee.
4. If your flight schedule changes, please inform us at least 24 hours before your original pick-up time. Otherwise, you will be responsible for any additional costs.
5. Please plan your pick-up time carefully, as you will need at least 3 hours for domestic flights and 4 hours for international flights to check in at the airport.
