Before You Book:
Just reach out to our customer service team with your travel details (like your flight info, number of folks traveling, luggage, addresses, and itinerary). We’re here to help you figure out the best routes and vehicles for your needs.

Pick-up Details:
1. Please share your correct flight info so we can ensure a smooth pick-up.
2. Our driver will be there waiting for you for 90 minutes after your flight lands. If it takes a bit longer, there’s an additional charge of $28 per hour.
3. If we don’t find you at the pick-up point 90 minutes after landing and we haven’t heard from you, our driver will need to leave, and we won’t be able to refund the fee.
4. If there’s any change in your flight schedule, just let us know at least 4 hours before your scheduled pick-up time. If not, any extra costs will be on you.
5. We plan pick-ups based on when your flight lands. If you set a specific pick-up time, we’ll treat it as a one-off pick-up and drop-off order.

Drop-off Info:
1. Please be ready at your hotel at the time you’ve given in the order.
2. We include a 30-minute wait time for free with drop-offs.
