Smallest village in Monte Isola but.. still few things to mention about it! Also we can stop here for a water break or gelato break!
Built in the 14th century by the Oldofredi family , this fortress sits on a rocky outcrop. As a private building, we will be able to see it only from the outside!
Here we are at the island’s official capital, nestled about 250 meters above lake level! The biggest church of the island is in this village but also some curiosities about.. nets!
A small gem built in 1734 that worth a visit! Even from here you can enjoy both the beauty of the church and the view of Lake Iseo.
It's certainly a strenuous climb up there... but what a view! Once you reach the top, the feeling is truly breathtaking! Reaching the "Santuario" is not mandatory for the tour but I included some info also about this wonderful area!
A picturesque village famous for the fantastic "Flower Festival." It is also a good place to take a break on the village's comfortable beach. We will also talk about a very important thing for the island: salami!
