About this experience

If you enjoy Christmas Markets and medieval castles setting and renaissance places, this tour must be the epitome of that.
Ophelia Tours will bring you the Christmas Marked at Kronborg Castle, the medieval castle that inspired Shakespeare to write Hamlet and Ophelia.
With 3 hours at the Kronborg Castle you can enjoy both the Christmas market and have time to explore the castle itself.
There are both do-it-yourself and individual stalls in the courtyard of the Castle.

We can unfortunately not do guided tours due to the Christmas Market that day.
But a short intro will be made by your driver on the way into the Castle.
After Kronborg, the tour goes to the town of Hillerod

In Hillerod you have 3 hours, so you would have some time to see the Frederiksborg Palace and maybe get some lunch and have a short walk along the walking street in Hillerod to soak up some local Christmas atmosphere Danish Style.

This tour will take you to the Christmas market at Kronborg Castle.
You will enjoy the medieval Kronborg Castle (by some called the Hamlet Palace) and the unique Christmas market here.

A drive from Helsingor/Kronborg through the forest and small villages on the way to arrive in the town of Hillerod.

There is with the 3 hours stop. Time for a walk about and finding a place for having lunch.

With the ticket included in the price, you can on your own explore this incredible places build in the 1600 and rebuild after a fire in 1840s.
