CHECK-IN AND MISSED TOUR POLICY
Arrive at Na Pali Riders’ office in Waimea 45 minutes before departure with waivers signed. Departure time is the time specified on your itinerary. If not checked in before the safety brief begins, the tour is missed.

Check in begins 45 minutes prior to departure and closes 30 minutes before departure. If you are not checked in at least 30 minutes before the tour departure time with your waivers signed for everyone in your party then you risk missing the tour with no refund.

DRIVING TIMES TO WAIMEA TOWN (KAUA'I):
Please be considerate and plan ahead! Give yourselves MORE THAN ENOUGH driving time so that you arrive on time for your raft tour. We cannot stress this enough!
