All Participants for the experience must present proof of ID (passport/driver's license) to be admitted to the Colosseum. Travelers without an identification document might not be allowed to enter. You must also carry a passport/valid ID document if you are under 18 years old.
Please be at the meeting point 30 minutes before the tour starts to complete the check-in process. We will leave the meeting point 10 minutes before the starting time.
Wear comfortable walking shoes and clothes, as moderate walking is required for the experience.
Please note that the security check lines are not skippable
For the security of all visitors, the Colosseum administration strictly prohibits the entry of sharp objects, including knives, cutters, and any items with pointed edges. Also, glass bottles are not allowed.
Trolleys/luggage are not allowed inside the Colosseum: only bags and small backpacks.
Food is not allowed inside.
Pets are not allowed.
If the entry gets canceled due to weather conditions, you will be given the option of an alternative date or a partial refund.

Important notes

Look for a ground staff carrying a purple flag or purple umbrella who will personally greet you at the meeting point (which is a few steps away from the entrance) and will personally deliver your tickets; they will also be provide you with assistance and indications.
