This amazing tour includes many aspects of what Greece is all about. History, Mythology, Ancient cities and theaters, old towns, beautiful mountainous landscape, scenic coastal driving, vineyards, olive groves and orange groves. All the beauties of Greece packed in one experience. First stop you arrive at the famous engineering wonder, the Corinth canal. After this stop a beautiful short drive through mountains and you arrive in the ancient acropolis of Mycenae. After that the picturesque old town of Nafplion. Once the capital of modern Greece. Enjoy free time here to enjoy a nice Greek meal and walk around, explore the alleys, cafes and shops. Last stop the ancient theater of Epidauros followed by a beautiful driving route back to Athens. Total time spent driving is 4 hours.

Detailed itinerary

Stop 1

After your driver picks you up from your accommodation follows a 50 minute beautiful scenic coastal drive to Corinth where you can admire the engineering wonder of the Corinth Canal.

Stop 2

After the Canal stop follows a beautiful drive through mountains and in about 30 minutes you arrive in the ancient acropolis of Mycenae. An ancient civilization that in Greek Mythology went and destoyed Troy in Homer's famous Iliad.

After a short 20 minutes drive from Mycynae the beautiful picturesque old town of Nafplion! Once the first capital of modern Greece this old town will not fail to impress you. You can enjoy a nice Greek lunch here in the traditional tavernas and then explore tha nice cute shops and narrow alleys.

Stop 4

Now after again a short 20 minutes drive the magnificent ancient theater of Epidaurus. A theater we use until today.
