This visit consists of being able to visit the bell tower of Santa María, which is open to the public. Until you reach the attic, there are 4 rooms that are used to explain the history of the Basilica of Santa María, the Mystery of Elche and the palm grove.
We will enter the Basilica of Santa María, scene of the Mystery of Elche, a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 2001, and we will explain what the only testimony of medieval theater in the world that is celebrated inside a church consists of.
The visit begins at the main door of the Basilica of Santa María de Elche, a jewel of the Valencian Baroque. Next we will climb to the top of the bell tower and contemplate spectacular views of the palm grove, a world heritage site, as well as the city of Elche and its surroundings. Until we reach the attic, we will rest in the 4 rooms that are enabled.
