Taste your way through maple tradition with a fully guided Sugar Bush experience led by a certified Maple Syrup Grader and Judge! You’ll visit a working sugar shack, taste raw sap (weather dependent), have traditional maple taffy over snow and enjoy a delicious pancake breakfast with all the fixings.

You’ll also taste award-winning Maple Syrup grades and learn how maple syrup is made, from its Indigenous origins to present day, during a tour of the Maple Syrup Museum of Ontario.

From tapping trees to tapping kegs – this tour caps-off at a nearby sustainable farmstead brewery where you’ll warm up by the fire with a tasting flight.
