The new special exhibition is dedicated to the line as a fundamental element of art.
You are invited on a journey of discovery that takes you from Vienna around 1900 through the art world of the 1960s to the present day. Masterpieces by international artists from Europe, Africa, Asia, North and South America show how the line appears in countless forms and functions.
The exhibition brings together works by Paul Klee, Lucio Fontana, Roy Lichtenstein, Egon Schiele, Jackson Pollock, Agnes Martin, Andy Warhol, Chiharu Shiota and many others.
