When disembarking in Mazatlán, please note that the port primarily serves as a cargo pier. For your safety, walking from the ship to the terminal is not permitted due to active machinery and container traffic. Instead, enjoy the convenience of the complimentary shuttle service, which runs continuously and will take you directly from the gangway to the Cruise Ship Terminal in just a few minutes.

Once inside the terminal, you’ll pass by souvenir and jewelry shops. Simply follow the exit signs until you reach the main gate. At street level, directly across from the terminal, you’ll see an OXXO convenience store. Your friendly tour guide will be waiting nearby with a sign bearing your name, ready to welcome you.
