Your journey will include a vehicle change in Antigua and then continue to Guatemala City. We will drop you off directly at your destination, including La Aurora International Airport and most hotels in Guatemala City. The shuttle has coverage in some parts of zone 9, 10, 13, or airport zone. If your hotel is in one of these zones, we can drop you off there. If it's not, we will ensure a convenient drop-off at the nearest point.
Choose your preferred departure time from three different schedules: 5 am, 9 am, 12 pm or 4 pm. This way, if you're catching a flight, you can be sure you'll get there safe and sound, right on schedule.

If you don't have a set pick up location at Panajachel, we can pick you up at the shuttle's office. The office is near Tzanjuyu dock, where you arrive when you take a ferry (lancha) from neighboring towns.
Important notes
1. Be ready 15 minutes prior to your scheduled pick-up time outside your hotel/house.
2. The driver will look for you at the front door/lobby and call your name.
3. If you haven't been picked up within 15 minutes of your scheduled pick-up time, kindly contact us so we can check the status of your transport.
4. There can be a small delay since the shuttle has to pick up more passengers and due to traffic, but please try to be ready at your scheduled time to avoid further delays.
5. If the driver arrives and you're not ready, please be aware that they will wait for only 5 minutes. Afterward, the shuttle will depart, and this will be considered a No Show. Unfortunately, we won't be able to provide refunds.
