This shared service gives you the flexibility to choose your pick-up location in Panajachel. If you're in nearby towns like San Pedro, San Marcos, or San Juan and arriving by boat, we can pick you up near the dock in Panajachel.

Meeting point

If you don't have a set pick up location at Panajachel, we can drop you off at the shuttle's office. The office is near Tzanjuyu dock, where you arrive when you take a ferry (lancha) from neighboring towns.

Important notes

1. Be ready 15 minutes prior to your scheduled pick-up time outside your hotel/house.
2. The driver will look for you at the front door/lobby and call your name.
3. If you haven't been picked up within 15 minutes of your scheduled pick-up time, kindly contact us so we can check the status of your transport.
4. There can be a small delay since the shuttle has to pick up more passengers and due to traffic, but please try to be ready at your scheduled time to avoid further delays.
5. If the driver arrives and you're not ready, please be aware that they will wait for only 5 minutes. Afterward, the shuttle will depart, and this will be considered a No Show. Unfortunately, we won't be able to provide refunds.
