This shared service has the flexibility to choose your pick-up location in Antigua, whether it's a hotel, Airbnb, or any other downtown location you prefer. Upon arrival at Guatemala City, we will drop you off directly at your destination, including La Aurora International Airport and most hotels in Guatemala City. The shuttle has coverage in some parts of zone 9, 10, 13, or airport zone. If your hotel is in one of these zones, we can drop you off there. If it's not, we will ensure a convenient drop-off at the nearest point.
Choose your preferred departure time between eight different schedules (4 am, 7 am, 9 am, 11 am, 12:30 pm, 3:00 pm, 6:30 pm and 7 pm). This way, if you're catching a flight, you can avoid those airport wait times and be sure you'll get there safe and sound, right on schedule.

If your hotel is not included on the service area, the meeting point is outside Cafe Condesa Express #2 in Antigua.
1. Be ready 15 minutes prior to your scheduled pick-up time outside your hotel/house.
2. The driver will look for you at the front door/lobby and call your name.
3. If you haven't been picked up within 15 minutes of your scheduled pick-up time, kindly contact us so we can check the status of your transport.
4. There can be a small delay since the shuttle has to pick up more passengers and due to traffic, but please try to be ready at your scheduled time to avoid further delays.
5. If the driver arrives and you're not ready, please be aware that they will wait for only 5 minutes. Afterward, the shuttle will depart, and this will be considered a No Show. Unfortunately, we won't be able to provide refunds.
