This hands-on experience allows you to learn traditional recipes while enjoying a fun, interactive and authentic experience.
With the guidance of professional local chefs, you will create a full Italian meal from scratch: Lasagna, Fettuccine and Tiramisù.
You will actively participate in every step of the cooking process. Learn how to knead, roll, and cut fresh pasta, make a lasagna, and a creamy tiramisù. The chefs will provide insights into the history of these famous dishes, sharing techniques that can be easily repeated at home.
