Our tour leader will pick you up at 9:00 a.m. from your hotel in Catania or from an agreed meeting point, to take you aboard one of our 8-seater vehicles.
You will discover the beautiful town of Zafferana Etnea, repeatedly touched by the lava of Etna and which has become the Sicilian capital of honey.After that, at about 11.00/11.30 AM you will get to the first winery, where you will start with the Etna Wine tasting; also, you will have an aperitif based on local products. Next, during a walk through the vineyards, you will learn about their production. So you will visit the second winery, where you will enjoy a full lunch with fresh and local products, all combined with 3 Etna Doc wines. After lunch you will visit the vineyards, so you can explore the interesting world of the natural wine.

Visit a local farm in the village of Zafferana Etnea, where you can taste typical products like honey, creams, marmalades.
This is the first winery, where you will start with the Etna Wine tasting; also, you will have an aperitif based on local products. Next, during a walk through the vineyards, you will learn about their production.
Here you will enjoy a full lunch with antipasto, primo and secondo, expertly paired with 3 Etna Doc wines (one white and two reds).
After lunch you will visit the vineyards, so you can explore the interesting world of natural wine. Expert oenologists and/or sommeliers will take you behind the scenes of Etna's wine world.
• We need to be in contact with the guest before the excursion to set meeting time and pick up location, food option, request of equipment and any other special request.
• If you have not already specified, you MUST advise supplier as soon as possible your Ship name, docking time, disembarkation time and departure time so that appropriate arrangements can be made. You need to communicate your accomodation address in order to be able to give you an appropriate meeting point with our guide.
