Smooth & Worry-Free Airport Transfer — Helpful Tips for Your Departure

Dear Friends,
Thank you for choosing us! We truly hope the last part of your journey will be as relaxing and pleasant as the rest. Here are a few friendly tips to help you choose the right vehicle and make your transfer smooth and easy.

Before Booking | Choose the Right Vehicle

To ensure a comfortable ride and enough space for your luggage, please choose your vehicle based on the number of travelers and bags:

notes:
a. ) a 28” luggage size: (L)76cm ×(W) 51cm × (H) 31cm (with combined dimensions not exceeding 158cm).
b.) a folded stroller is considered a piece of checked luggage.
c.) a folded Wheelchair is considered a piece of checked luggage.

1–2 passengers → Sedan (fits up to 2× 28” luggage)
3–5 passengers → 7-seater Minivan (fits up to 5× 28” luggage)
6–9 passengers → 14-seater Van (fits up to 9× 28” luggage)
10–12 passengers → 19-seater Van (fits up to 12× 28” luggage)
13–15 passengers → 33-seater Bus (fits up to 15× 28” luggage)

Got extra luggage? Here’s how to choose:
we kindly ask that you reserve an extra seat for each piece of checked luggage beyond the included allowance.
For example:
2 passengers + 3 suitcases → select “3 people”
5 passengers + 6 suitcases → select “6 people”

This helps us arrange a larger and more spacious vehicle, so your ride is comfortable and stress-free.

Booking Tips

Please provide accurate number of travelers and luggage, so we can match you with the most suitable vehicle.
If you prefer extra legroom or have more luggage, simply add one more passenger when booking — we’ll arrange a larger and more spacious vehicle for you.
