1. Booking confirmation
Once we receive your booking, we’ll immediately send a confirmation and an overview of the pickup/drop-off arrangements.

2. Driver & vehicle details
Before departure you’ll receive the driver’s name and contact number, the license plate, and an actual photo of the vehicle so you can easily identify the car.

3. Driver en route notification
When the driver sets off toward your hotel, we’ll notify you and provide an estimated arrival time. The driver normally arrives near the hotel 10–15 minutes before the scheduled pickup.

4. Waiting near the hotel (important)
Because roadside parking in Hong Kong is restricted, the driver will wait nearby and contact you via WhatsApp to report his location. Please confirm when you are ready.

5. When you are ready — pickup at the hotel door
Once you tell the driver you’re ready, the driver will drive to the hotel entrance to pick you up and assist with loading your luggage.

6. On the way to the airport / in-car assistance
After boarding, we’ll take the most efficient route to the airport. （Tunnel fees are included — no extra charges）

7. Arrival at airport & service completion
The driver will drop you at the designated terminal curb or check-in area and help with your luggage. After drop-off we’ll send a service completion notification (and invoice/receipt if required).
