Booking:
Customers can book a mini cab through various channels such as Viator platform website, and phone call. They provide essential details like pick-up location, drop-off destination, preferred time, number of passengers, and luggage's. They can choose to make payment online or pay cash to the driver.
Confirmation:
Once the booking is made, the system confirms the details, providing the customer with a confirmation message that includes information about the assigned mini cab, estimated time of arrival, and fare details.
Dispatch:
The mini cab is dispatched to the specified pick-up location based on real-time availability and proximity. Once the driver is assigned and dispatched, the driver details are sent to the head passenger via text message and email.
Pick-up:
The driver arrives at the designated location, and the customer receives text message notification from the driver about the mini cab's arrival. The customer and driver verify each other's identity, and the journey begins.
In-Transit:
During the journey driver takes the passenger through the most coinvent route as possible, safely and securely, while passenger can enjoy the ride.
Extra's:
Free 30 minutes waiting time for pickups excluding airports.
Free 45 minutes waiting time for pickups from airports.
Note: If the driver can not make contact with passenger after the free waiting time, drivers is allowed to pull back with all the evidence to prove he/she waited for passenger, and no refund will be provided.
Lateness:
We have the policy for lateness if the passenger takes more than 45mins after the landing time, we will charge £5 for every 15minutes of lateness.
Receipt and Feedback:
A digital receipt is provided to the customer.
