About this experience
Located in Falmouth, Trelawny the Luminous Lagoon (Glistening Waters) is a natural wonder. Here, guests are taken to a phosphorescent lagoon where they will embark on a beautiful night cruise. During this four hour, small group tour you will see multitudes of microscopic organisms in the water who, when disturbed, create glowing emanations on the water's surface. This lights up the lagoon in an eerie, glistening light. Come and watch the fish in the lagoon swim and dart around, and see their outlines in cool hues as they light up in the darkness. This water is about eight feet deep and is safe to swim in as well.
