Experience the real Sardinian wine and olive oil culture visiting two farms located right one step from Cagliari togheter with an expert tour guide and sommelier. Visit an oil mill, make a professional tasting of 3 different high quality olive oil, olives, and visit the museum of the Sardinia olive oil tradition and the collection of ancient oil lamps. Visit a nice winery sorrunded by vineyards. Learn the wine production process and the refining methods. Taste 4 different wines accompanied by local products like bread, cheese and cured meat.

Detailed itinerary

Here you will have a guided tour of the modern mill for the production of high quality extra virgin olive oil. Subsequently you will taste three different kind of olive oil and you will learn how to recognise a good quality olive oil and the tasting technique thanks to the help of an expert. Everything will be accompanied by a delicious platter of cured meats, fresh sparkling wine, water, natural olives and the traditional carasau bread. Then you will visit the museum of olive oil tradition where you can see the old tools and a collection of ancient oil lamps. Cost for the admission to the oil mill, museum, olive oil and food tasting: € 30 per person (not included in the price of the tour).

This experience will allow you to be introduced in the magic world of wine. Once arrived at the Audarya's estate we will visit the different vineyard and you will see the different grape variety and the training system. Then we will visit the production area where you will learn about the wine making process, from the pressing to the bottling, aging in barrel included. Once the tour will be finished, you will be accompanied to the tasting room. There you will have a guided tasting of 4 different wines accompanied by a selection of local products such as bread, cheese and cold cults. Cost for the tasting starts from € 27 per person (not included in the price of the tour).
