Your professional tourist guide and wine expert will pick you up at the scheduled time by his comfortable minivan. During the 20 minutes trip your driver-guide will give you an introduction about the Sardinian territory and wine culture. Once arrived at your destination you will immerse yourself in the wine's world. First, you will visit the production area and learn the wine making process. You will see the steel vats for the fermentation, the different kind of tanks, the barrel room and the bottling machine. Then, you will be accompanied to the tasting room. There, you will taste 3 different wines accompanied by a selection of local products such as bread, cheese, olive and cold cuts. You will learn the right way to taste a wine, how to evalutate that, and how to make the best match with food. Your tour will end with drop-off back at the original departure point. The cost for the wine tasting is € 25 per person (not included in the price of the tour), to be paid the day of the tour.
