About this experience

On our tour we will begin by visiting the Llano del Cortes Falls, the most popular in the area. We will continue on a horseback tour along the slopes of the Miravalles volcano where you can observe the great biodiversity of the volcano and some traces of the indigenous people who inhabited the area. We will visit a trail in the mountain where you can observe sloth bears, butterflies, red frogs and a great variety of birds. We will continue in a unique experience where we will find volcanic mud directly from the veins of the Miravalles volcano. Following the route, you will relax in a magnificent spa of a tourist center where you can enjoy volcanic mud masks in addition to the incredible hot springs

An educational tour through four stations: medicinal plants, sugar cane, cocoa and coffee. Learn about their history, cultivation and production while tasting artisanal products. The experience lasts about 1 hour and 30 minutes. We are located in Fortuna de Bagaces, Guanacaste, in the thermal area of the Miravalles Volcano. A truly sensory experience of Costa Rican tradition.
