See another of NYC's uniquely innovative parks. This stunning and very popular park, sits atop the Hudson River on stilt-like "Tulip Pots". The beautiful park is relatively small at just 2.4 acres in size, and therefore, access to the park's interior is limited based upon crowd size. Although we indicate a "pass by without stopping" at this attraction, your Guide will do everything in their power to get your tour group interior access to the park, if there is availability.
