SUPtime is all about promoting wellness for your body, mind, and soul through a full-body workout provided by SUP, connection with nature, and a relaxing and empowering meditation session right over the water. You’ll also have the chance to spot a variety of birds and different types of vegetation, enjoy breathtaking views around Las Isletas, and take a refreshing swim in the lake’s warm waters in front of Volcano Mombacho.

We offer 5 different schedules and 4 unique experiences:
8:00AM – Vitamin D (3h): SUP lesson and meditation. For beginners and experienced paddlers.
3:00PM – Sunset (3h): SUP lesson and meditation. For beginners and experienced paddlers.
5:00AM – Sunrise (2h): For experienced paddlers only. No meditation or SUP lesson provided.
From 7:30AM-12:30PM - Cruissing Session (2h): For experienced paddlers only. No meditation or SUP lesson provided.
For all levels & beginners: We’ll teach you everything you need for SUP in a private session — just for you, or for you and your group.
<br/>Vitamin D or Sunset paddle: Wellness for your body, mind, and soul through a SUP workout, meditation on your four strengths, and connection with nature.<br/>Includes: Yoga stretching to prep the body for SUP, SUP lesson for all levels, and guided meditation on the water. <br/>Duration: 3 hours<br/>Includes Fresh Coconut water: We’ll stop at the malecón for coconut water straight from the source — natural electrolytes — before your drop-off.<br/> Route Paraiso and Isletas: We pass Monkey Island, visit Paraiso Lagoon, meditate on the water, SUP through the islets, and chill in the bay at Mombacho.<br/>Transportation: Adventure truck with AC<br/>Photos and Videos included<br/>Pickup included
Not for beginners: For safety reasons, this session is for experienced paddlers only. Please do not book if you’re a beginner.<br/>Includes Stretching session: We’ll condition the body with a Yoga Stretching Session focused on all the muscles used in SUP, before paddling.<br/>Includes Organic Cocoa tea: Cocoa tea soothes the nerves. We’ll enjoy a warm cup with the first rays of the sun for a perfect start to the day.<br/>Duration: 2 hours<br/>Cruising session on the bay: No SUP lesson and meditation session included. Other participants outside your party may join.<br/>Route Archipelago & bay: We cross the bay to the archipelago, pause to watch the sunrise while enjoying cocoa tea, then head back to the marina.<br/>Transportation: Adventure truck with AC<br/>Photos and Videos Included<br/>Pickup included
All SUP equipment is included<br/>SUP beneath the moon glow: Join us for a full-moon paddle, enjoy the sunset colors, and discover the unique shapes of the Isletas along the way.<br/>Duration: 3 hours<br/>Coconut water<br/>Archipelago and Bay: We go through the Isletas, around the archipelago, and stop at the bay in front of Mombacho for a break with coconut water.<br/>Adventure jeep: with AC. Round trip from your hotel in Granada to the Isletas. <br/>Pickup included
