Together we will knead, create the typical filling of potatoes, mint and pecorino cheese, and teach you the closure ‘a sa spighitta’, just as it is done in Sardinian homes. The experience takes place in an authentic and familiar environment, in the heart of Quartu Sant’Elena, in an artisan workshop that produces fresh pasta and local specialties supplied to renowned restaurants in Cagliari and surroundings. Not only will you cook, but you will discover stories, traditions and secrets of Sardinian cuisine, experiencing moments of conviviality and warmth typical of our land. At the end, we will taste together the freshly prepared Culurgiones, accompanied DA a rich tasting of local products. An experience for those who want to experience Sardinia with all their senses
