Set inside the former Farsons Brewery in Birkirkara, this tour explores the story of Cisk beer & the three families who shaped Malta’s brewing industry. Wander through exhibits featuring vintage brewing equipment & original advertising that bring Malta’s beer culture to life.

After, enjoy five 100ml samples of Farsons’ beers & a selection of dishes made with beer:
-Beef sliders with Farsons Double Red onion jam & Cisk cheese sauce
-BBQ fried chicken wings coated in Farsons Blue Label BBQ sauce
-Mini beef stew made with Farsons Lacto Stout
-Cisk beer-battered prawns with smoked chilli mayo
-Pumpkin & sage arancini with Cisk cheese sauce
