Meet on the SW side of the TN Capitol corner of 7th Ave & Dr. MLK Jr. Blvd in front of the Sam Davis Statue. Do not go up the stairs! Arrive 15 minutes early for check-in. Parking: Free after 6 PM on weekdays and all weekend in reserved Capitol spots. Extra parking on Deaderick St.
