We will visit Daiju Shoten, located next to the Kakogawa Meat Center, to observe the process of boning beef carcasses.

Let's learn and observe the process of transforming primal cuts into retail-ready meat. You will also have the opportunity to try cutting meat under the guidance of a craftsman.

Sabo 1538
After cutting meat experience, enjoy a delicious Kobe beef shabu-shabu lunch at SABO1538. The association has previously created the world's largest meat cake and was recognized by Guinness World Records. This tour lunch will be same creatively presented in a cake-like form. You will definitely be surprised by its unique and beautiful decoration!

Kakogawa Meat Center is a comprehensive facility that handles the entire process from receiving livestock to slaughtering, cutting, and distributing carcasses. In this tour, you can experience a simulated auction at an actual auction site.
