About this experience

We offer customized bourbon distillery tour transportation and help you build the perfect day for your group. There are tour experiences, tastings, cocktail bars, and great food. With so many choices, it’s essential that we talk about them and make sure that you and your group have the perfect day.

There are 2 groups of distilleries. First, the distilleries to the south are Jim Beam, Four Roses Bottling and Warehouse, Heaven Hill, Willett, Lux Row Distillers, Bardstown Bourbon Company, Preservation Distillery, Log Still Distillery, Makers Mark, and Limestone Branch.

To the east towards Frankfort and Lexington, there is Buffalo Trace, Woodford Reserve, Four Roses, Wild Turkey, Bulleit, Glenn’s Creek Distillery, Whiskey Thief Distilling Company, Castle & Key, Jeptha Creed, and J. Mattingly 1845 Distillery. Whiskey Thief Distilling lets you taste straight from the barrels. You can also hand-fill your own bottle. You can make your own blend at J. Mattingly.

We specialize in Custom Bourbon Tours and taking your group where they want to go. There are many options and experiences to choose from and we are happy to guide you through this so that you decide what is right for your group. There are also some great food experiences to compliment the day of customized Bourbon Distillery Tours. Most days last 6-10 hours based on what experiences and distilleries that you choose. Below are just some of the distilleries located in the Frankfort, Ky area. There are many more in the Bardstown area such as Jim Beam, Heaven Hill, Willett, Bardstown Bourbon Company, Lux Row, Preservation Distillery, Limestone Branch, and Maker's Mark.

They offer tours or just stop by and shop, sip, enjoy the beautiful grounds, and shop.

Tours and Tastings are available. Fantastic cocktail bar with beautiful scenic views. There are bottles that are only available at the distillery in the shop.

Located near the beautiful horse farms in Versailles, Ky, Woodford Reserve Distillery is definitely worth the stop. They offer tours and tasting experiences. There is also a cocktail bar and they sometimes have special bottles that are only available at the distillery.

Glenn's Creek Distillery is one mile past Castle and Key. They operate in the former Old Crow Distillery. It's a smaller operation and a great stop for true bourbon lovers.
They offer tours/tastings or just a quick tasting in the shop and can purchase bourbon that is only available at the distillery. It is a great stop for sure.

Four Roses Distillery offers tours and tastings. They have a great visitor center, shop, and bar. They have very good allocations available in the shop.

Jeptha Creed Distillery is owned by 2 women, a mother and daughter. It's a smaller distillery and has a great bar and game area. Great place to hang out, have a cocktail, play games, or just relax in a rocking chair.

Bulleit Distilling offers tours and tastings. They have a very nice shop and cocktail bar.

What's not included

Not all distilleries require a paid tour. Some have cocktail bars and can stop by anytime.
