About this experience

Embark on a special two-day journey from Tokyo that delights all five senses. This premium tour offers an immersive experience of Ibaraki's rich terroir—the unique character of its land—through its cuisine, culture, and nature.

Day 1: Ascend Mount Tsukuba for panoramic views of the Kanto Plain. After hiking or taking the ropeway to enjoy the breathtaking scenery, an ultimate culinary experience awaits at the historic sake brewery, Inaba Shuzo. Savor an authentic Edo-style sushi lunch, prepared fresh before your eyes by a master sushi chef, paired with sake expertly explained by the brewery owner and master brewer.

On Day 2, visit the artistic village of Kasama-yaki pottery and stroll through the bustling Naka Minato Fish Market. For lunch, savor Ibaraki's specialty, monkfish hot pot, paired with sake. In the afternoon, challenge yourself to create your own original plum wine at the renowned brewery, Meiri Shurui.
