About this experience

Embark on a day trip filled with aromatic discoveries. Explore two distinctive sake breweries that Ibaraki takes pride in, and experience the profound depth of Japan's fermentation culture.

First, visit Raifuku Shuzo, where nihonshu is brewed using “flower yeast” derived from natural blossoms. Experience the difference in these gorgeous, floral aromas that bloom in your glass with all five senses.
