At the METO Travel cooking kitchen, you will become a local for a day and learn how to prepare traditional Vietnamese dishes. The menu features three traditional Vietnamese dishes: Bun Cha, Fresh Spring Rolls, Banana Blossom Salad; each paired with its own unique dipping sauce — inspired by the iconic fish sauce heritage of Phan Thiet. To end the meal, enjoy a sweet dessert infused with the rich soul of fresh coconut milk, a true taste of tropical indulgence.
