You will be met at the airbridge exit by our guide with a welcome sign board with your name and will escort you through Fast Track Immigration (Standard Fast Track) For VIP Arrival fast track this also includes luggage assistance, and pass through customs to exit.
Please note the guide will track your flight in case of early arrivals or flight is delayed. You only need to contact us if your flight number has changed.
Departure Instructions
Please check in first and walk to meet the Fast Track Staff 2 hours before your flight departure time.
Meeting point : International Terminal - Gate no. 3 on the 3rd floor (Your name on a board which is placed in front of the door # 3 before enter into The Terminal and identify yourself with The Fast Track Staff.
Fast Track staff will escort you through Fast Track Immigration, Security area.
